At Mercier, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
